Traditional Breton house near the sea

Accommodation of 100 m2 on the ground. On the first floor there is a lounge area and a fitted kitchen, with a large farmhouse table where 12 guests can sit. There is also a toilet and laundry room.
Upstairs, three large bedrooms, with six beds. With toilet and large bathroom equipped with a shower.

We are located next to Pontrieux, a small town of character and Paimpol, a small fishing and yachting port.
Ideally placed to visit more than 100 kilometres of coastline from Binic via the island of Bréhat to Perros-Guirec, all these points can be visited with a minimum of driving, i.e. an average of 30 minutes.

Great home from home

Great house for us to meet up as a family and enjoy some time together. Valérie, the host, was very helpful and welcoming. The house was well laid out with lots of utensils, crockery/ glasses and pans. There was a working washing machine and dishwasher. Although not shown in the publicity, there were two toilets - one upstairs and the other downstairs which was very helpful. The beds were all very comfortable - a double, kingsize and 2 singles. There was a fridge in kitchen as well as a good sized fridge freezer. It is close to the village which has a small supermarket selling bread, pastries and other essential items. It is an old property with thick stone walls and is adjoining the owner’s property. Lots of parking space for cars.

Très belle maison , restaurée avec beaucoup de goût tout en restant dans l’esprit Breton.Logement parfaitement bien équipé cuisine, salon, jardin, barbecue, jeux pour enfants……….Idéalement bien situé à 600 mètres de Quemper Guezennec, proche de Pontrieux, Paimpol, Île de Brehat……Accueil remarquable.

Hébergement adapté aussi bien à un week-end que pour une plus longue période. Chambre propres, literie très agréable et vaisselle très jolie. Nous avons en outre vraiment apprécié la localisation qui nous permettait de rayonner autour du logement. En bref extra !

Exceptionnel en tous points

Super accueil de Valérie qui n'a qu'un objectif, celui de nous faire passer de bons moments. Disponibilité, convivialité, amabilité...et une maison sublime. De grands espaces soignés où rien ne manque et d'une propreté irréprochable. Un grand merci Valérie pour nous avoir autant donné envie d'y revenir.
