We stayed three nights whilst skiing. The hotel is very convenient with helpful staff. It is tarting to look a little in need of some maintenance and there are signs that guests have not treated the place too well.

Room is horribly dirty. Every single wall has scuff marks all over and marks that could very easily be wiped off with damp cloth. All skirtings had dust build up. Shower was not clean - apart from the glass. Mildew build up. Bathroom fan was so loud, dusty and loose - was rattling and shaking when on. Decorative pillows have marks on them. Only things that were clean were the sheets and towels (thankfully, atleast)

I had to complete an online registration form a few days before arrival. On this registration form I had to specify the approximate arrival time. Having specified an arrival time that was later than the time that the front desk would be manned, I would have expected a communication from the hotel regarding after hours check-in. The information regarding the after hours check in was not sent to me until a couple of hours before arrival, by which time I was on board a flight, with my phone in flight mode, so did not receive the necessary information until I had arrived at the hotel, had to wait on the street while trying to communicate with an after hours number, for them to relay the information regarding access to a lock box, then gain access to the hotel and room, then remember to switch my phone out of flight mode. I would expect that if you want guests to complete online registration, communication regarding after hours check in, would be sent when that registration is completed.

It's a super convenient place to visit this area of New Zealand. It's clean, the kitchenette is fully equipped, the staff is friendly, it's close to the airport and a large supermarket, and it's easy to get to Queenstown by bus or car. The only two drawbacks for me are: the walls need a little paint; some walls in my room were heavily scratched; cleaning during stays of more than one night should be a little more thorough; and the front desk should better follow up on guest requests. It's a good option in the Queenstown area. I recommend it.

This is a great option for families! The washer/dryer plus a full kitchen is amazing! You are bu the bus stop to town, across the street from the movies and grocery store. They also have the best bakery downstairs! I would come back again!

Rooms were tidy, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed including kitchen stuff and washer/dryer. Supermarket and multiple restaurants just across the road. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The photos provided on the Expedia website for the room we booked was not the same. The bathroom was completely different and not modern. Shower pipe was leaking and water was spilling everywhere. We did not want a room with an accessible wet room because of the water spilling everywhere but that's exactly what they gave us and refused to changed the room even though we showed them the photos we were shown when booking the room. Water from the shower seeped into the carpet of the room and made the room smell and it was always damp. No windows didn't help with the smell either. Kettle was really dirty and the parking situation was inconvenient due to the lack of parking. We did not enjoy our stay here.

I had to stay in Wyndham Remarkables for one night in a challenging circumstances. I arrived close to 23:00, but staff guided me through the process, it worked flawlessly. Hotel is very nice, convenient - I walked 0.9 miles from the airport and it was fine, easy to find, convenient breakfast option downstaits and even better at the sister property Ramada - Franks eatery. On a way bag I had to go through the mishap with my bags misplaced into the rental van, while I intended to leave it in the hotel, but staff once again handled everything very professionally, in exemplary fashion and with great courtesy and patience. Nice service, great people and place.

Stayed at the Wyndham Garden in Frankton and found it very agreeable. I originally wanted to find accommodation in Queenstown due to wanting to find parking in town but the price difference between Queenstown backpacker rooms and the Wyndham Garden would pay for 5-6 days all day parking in Queenstown.
