The Space

A three-bedroom villa within the Villa Del Lago complex on Frankton Road. The living areas look out to views of the lake & mountains.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, two with full views of the lake & mountains.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Main bathroom: bath with overhead shower; Ensuite: standing/walk in shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living and dining area.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, microwave, gas cooktop, extractor fan, dishwasher and, toaster.

Balcony: Three Balconies. One off the living & dining area. One off of each of the downstairs bedrooms .

Stairs: Multiple internal and external stairs

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
