Fabulous location only five minutes to the airport and fifteen to the Queenstown CBD or to Arrowtown (both worth visiting for sure). The hotel itself is well-maintained, clean, modern, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Great amenities and friendly staff.

It's inside a shopping plaza, you have supermarket and restaurants in the plaza, parking is free. The hotel is very clean, modern and convenient, beds are comfortable. Service and room are standard. Good if you just want to find a place to stay in Queenstown.

Lovely, well-equipped rooms with a great shower (which was much appreciated after walking the Milford track). Great proximity to the airport but would have been better if the hotel had an airport shuttle

Great little hotel walking distance to the airport. Stayed here for our last night before flying out after a multi day hike. Lovely service from check in to breakfast. Far superior than the hotel in Queenstown it’s self. Even though this hotel was a 10-20min drive from the main town the price and service as well as facilities would have me consider staying here again.

The hotel was very clean, neat and tidy. The room service was done every day .Staff are very helpful but unfortunately the entire audima hotel including in the podium they dont have microwave to warm the food.

We weren’t told that our breakfast included made to order eggs - and when we did order they took a very long time. Our room wasn’t quite ready at 1.30pm but when we went back that evening the keys hadn’t been coded or anything. Most staff seeed disinterested though the night staff were quick to help.
