Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A three-bedroom home on a single level, in central Queenstown, walking distance from the lakefront. The living areas look out to views of Lake Wakatipu, Walter Peak and Kelvin Heights Golf Course from the front balcony and selected bedrooms.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, with views from the front balcony and selected bedrooms.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. Ensuite with standing shower; Main bathroom with standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with series 6 built-in dishwasher (type sd6pw6b), induction cooktop, electric oven (), inverter microwave (), built-in fridge freezer (fridge top, freezer bottom).

Balcony: Two outdoor patios (only 1 with furniture).

Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!

It is a very quiet neighbourhood... centrally located, but set back from the noise of the town centre, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Five external steps up to the front balcony. No internal stairs. Single-level living once inside

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Need something in person? Swing by our Guest Lounge at 19B Shotover St, open daily 9am–5pm (closed Christmas Day). Free Wi-Fi and coffee or tea are on us.
