Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A studio home set over two levels, in Frankton, close to Remarkables Park. The living areas look out to mountain and Lake view.

The layout flows from entry into hallway, then hallway straight ahead, then downstairs bedroom on right, then downstairs bathroom with laundry on right, then open plan kitchen to right, dining to left, living area beyond, then upstairs landing with bedrooms and bathroom.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, two with direct mountain and lake views.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Downstairs bathroom has a triangular bathtub with a shower. Upstairs bathroom has a shower only.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, electric stovetop, oven, extractor fan, rice cooker, toaster.

Balcony: Deck with outdoor table and chair; garden area with table and six chairs.



Standard configuration:

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): 1 King Bed

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): 1 King Bed

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): 1 King Bed



Bed configuration:

One downstairs): 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): 1 King Bed

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds



Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and deck.



The Neighbourhood

The residential neighbourhood is wonderful. It is very quiet... and all the windows are double glazed, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Internal stairs only; 13 steps

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
