Property very tired not worth the price. The carpet was filthy and needed a good clean. Walls and ceiling needed cleaning and heat pump filters. Hallways filthy and needed a good vacuum.

Changes rooms 2 times. First room had not been serviced, second room the HVAC system was not working. All rooms need a thorough carpet cleaning. Not acceptable. The property could be a top tier property.

Great stay

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Queenstown. The location is excellent and very convenient, with a bus stop nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The room was also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place — it’s an excellent choice for an overnight stay near the Airport.

I was annoyed I was put in a wheelchair room next to elevator, the room was not clean in bathroom, the toilet was running on every 5 mins which kept me awake all night, and the heat pump had an error code and was not working. The only goid thing was the Thai restaurant off reception was real nice food. Everytime I went to Franks it was oh we only do takeout even though it was an hour before their scheduled closing, then in the morning at 755am I wanted two coffees and was told oh we are closed and we open in 5 mins !! Last time I will stay there, it’s a lot easier to keep a good customer than it is to find a new one !

Property is good for a family. However poor communication from the property, requested early check but wasn’t advised it was approved yet still charged for an early check in. Unit wasn’t once serviced, ment to be serviced daily and had to chase them down every day to change the rubbish bins. 6pm on our last day house keeping finally knocked on our door and asked if we wanted a service by this time it’s far too late. Parking is first in first served daily! Just because you get one when you check in doesn’t guarantee one daily

Our room smelled terribly. It had grease/fat smells (and also other) which we thought might be coming from a cafe kitchen in the building but later guessed they were from a previous guest. As reception had closed there was no way to address this problem so were left to sleep in a smelly room.

there’s a heater in the wardrobe !

Disappointing stay - Ramada is tired and grubby Still managed to charge a premium price for Franton Queenstown. Air Conditioning was broken as it was 3 months ago ( read other past reviews ) the excuse that the maintenance man had gone home for the day and I was told to there was a heater in the wardrobe (how convenient) the notice with the portable heater however must used sitting a a piece of wood and not directly on the carpet in case of scorching. Wouldn’t make any difference the carpet is well used, grubby and stained. No compensation or apology offered. This is certainly not your finest Marsden Group spend some money and refurbish !

Food have enough options for after a long sport day. Supermarket and pharmacy also in the walk distance. Even if you want, you can go to airport by 15-20mins walk. Very convenient.
