We had a great experience staying in this hotel. Staff is nice and helpful; I left my laptop in Wanaca where is an hour drive from QT. The hotel staff helped me to get it back. The room is nice and clean; the view in the room is pretty. Will stay in QT when I am back to Qeenstown.

Had a wonderful stay in spite of the hotel redevelopment. The complimentary buffet behind reception was a great touch. Our Lakeview balcony room in the old hotel was very large and comfortable, as well as beautifully renovated.

Location was great and loved the boutique styling of the hotel. The room was great but the bathroom was obviously for a disable person with rails, higher toilet, seat in the shower and it felt like a different room and style to the rest of the room/hotel. There was some construction going in front where you look out to the view of the lake as well.

QT Queenstown is positioned on the Esplanade with views across the lake, towards the mountains. It is undergoing modernisation. A short 5 min walk to town, where there are multiple choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are incredible and cannot please you enough. They have free wine tasting daily, there is Also a roof bar and restaurant on site. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a newly renovated room which was modern, clean and had great amenities. All staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel offered pastries and juices in the mornings and local wine, cheese and crackers in the evening which was a lovely touch. My experience at the QT Queenstown was a standout. I was lucky enough to experience the newer upgraded section, which only opened a few weeks before my arrival. The styling and finer details were incredible. Fresh-baked cookies and dark chocolate left in the room on arrival, and a beautiful departure gift. A standout which was loved was the complimentary wine tastings in the lobby in the evening, which then moved to whisky and chocolate later in the evening. Can't wait to get back and stay
