The hotel was great - clean rooms with plenty of space. There are lot of nice areas in the hotel and courtyard to sit and have a chat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at other places at Queenstown and this one was heaps better.

Room was great, beds ever so comfy. Bella in Reception was very helpful, brought me oat milk for my tea in the room and explained things clearly about parking. For the price it would be good if parking was included. And provided like Copthorne or in conjunction with them at busy times.

Basic hotel, OK location but at the top of a steep hill. The room we were given had windows looking out at street level, but we asked to be changed and they moved us to a room overlooking the courtyard instead. Breakfast buffet was basic. Perfectly adequate place to stay while visiting Queenstown but not particularly memorable.

The room was large and clean and nice. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you, we enjoyed our holiday in Queenstown. The hotel is also very central to the town 20 min walk, so very convenient. We parked our car in their car park at a small cost though space small we managed to find a spot daily.

We were barely in the room so it was okay for us. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was good, not right in the town, but a 10 min walk away on a slope. AC did not work well in the rooms, rooms were not cleaned as well as they should have been. Coffee cups were definitely not clean.
