The rooftop terrace had a beautiful view; however, most seating didn't have cushions. The complimentary hot drinks were appreciated and tasty. The room was a nice size with luggage rack.

Very friendly staff. Eager to help and offer helpful tips. Rooms are very small, only downside. However they cleaned the room daily. Location is ideal and right in the heart of town. Most things you need to see as a tourist is within walking distance.

Great little hotel .. great location

Great hotel in a brilliant location. Will on the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, made the check-in really easy, told us about the features of the hotel and went out of his way to help with dinner recommendations and bookings as well as breakfast deals nearby. The rooms are compact but have everything you need. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great room, eco friendly and modern. Super cool terrace with great view. Free parking between 6pm and 8am so time your itinerary well. 10 min walk to the far end of the pier but tons of bars, restaurants and shopping. Would 100 percent come back.

Overall great accomodation, great location, clean, great amenities the only downfall is the lack of sound proofing. We could hear our neighbours both sides at all times, coughing, sneezing, going to the bathroom you name it - we could hear everything.

The location is perfect, within the heart of Queenstown CBD - establishments are easily walkable. Room is clean, fresh smelling. The hotel uses good tech for controlling lights, A/C, etc. Staff are very helpful. Will definitely come back.
