Clean room, fluffy towels, temperature control in the room that worked, courteous & helpful front desk staff, and MiPad location was close to the main tourist haunts in Queenstown. The shower was excellent, too! I may not pass through Queenstown again, but if I do, I’ll definitely try to book accommodation at MiPad.

The staff were so friendly! Definitely a comfortable stay. We loved the location and how walkable it was to Queenstown CBD. The only downside was there was no available parking but we were able to find free overnight parking 1 street over so it wasn’t too bad.

Will stay here again if we come back to queenstown. Check in was smooth, room conditions outstanding, location excellent for access to all restaurants/entertainment. Someone was being trained when we were checking in and your staff member did superlative job.

Nice newer property in a great location in the downtown heart of Queenstown. We would stay there again. The property doesn't have parking however there is a parking lot next door where you can leave your car from 6pm to 8am but then it's $6.50 per hour to park. We always found a spot to park and it wasn't a major issue.

Lovely room and we had a balcony as well. As we were on top floor there was an outdoor seating area as well which was lovely. Also free tea, coffee, hot chocolate from the machine on our floor. The lift was not working when we were there and they carried our bags to and from our room which was nice. They even gave us a partial refund for the lift not working. I book hotels with lifts for my husband who can not do stairs very well, so we had to organise our going out times a bit more. However it not detract from our stay. Would stay again.

The only problem is the hotel has no parking. There are very expensive ( $6.50 he) pay lots nearby that are free after 6pm to 8am but they fill up quickly.

the room is clean (5/5), towels are fluffy (5/5); bathroom is modern, shower heats up quick, great lighting system, efficient with motion sensor; great laundry system (self-service with free detergent; location was great- walking distance to good restaurants, safe However the room is also small, not suitable if you have small children, bed is 4/5 ( not very comfortable), pillows 3/5 (only one per person), sink is minimal and too small to fit toiletries; phone app is not intuitive the very not desired feature was the elevator broke on our second day of 3 day-stay; we had to haul our bags from the 6th floor using the stairs

Nice hotel on the edge of the downtown area. I was a bit disappointed to not have a kitchen(ette), but hot drinks are available from a free vending machine on each floor. Close to many restaurants and activities, and a short walk to the Intercity bus stop.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your hotel. Unfortunately, the overall interaction with your staff was marked by a noticeable lack of friendliness and empathy. Simple requests were met with a dismissive tone, and at no point did I feel that my concerns were taken seriously or handled with a service-oriented mindset. This was particularly surprising given the standards one would reasonably expect from a hotel of your category. Even more disappointing was the complete lack of flexibility or goodwill in handling my situation. While I understand that policies exist for a reason, hospitality has always been about finding fair and reasonable solutions, especially when circumstances call for a bit of understanding. In this case, no effort toward compromise or customer satisfaction was made. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and firmly believe that professionalism, courtesy, and a certain degree of discretion are what turn an average stay into a positive one. Regrettably, this was not the case here. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to reflect on service quality and guest relations. I would appreciate hearing how you intend to address these issues.

I have stayed in similarly sized rooms before, so it wasn’t the small size that was disappointing. It was the overall poor quality of the furnishings and linens. The mattress was poorly made, the sheets were scratchy and the pillows uncomfortable. When you have such a small space, I would expect a focus on quality.
