The layout flows from the shared entry hallway with access to shared laundry, Unit A (one bedroom) and Unit B (studio).

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Shower and bathtub combine in both bathrooms.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, smart TV, and balcony access (A).

Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge/freezer, toaster (located in unit A)

Balcony: Small balcony with a table and two chairs.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External stairs from underground parking to access apartments. Apartment A has small internal staircase. Apartment B has none.

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
