Welcome to Lakehouse 1, a brand-new architecturally designed four-bedroom villa created to showcase Lake Wakatipu and Remarkables views while giving families or groups generous space to relax in style.

The top level is dedicated to the master suite with walk-in wardrobe, private ensuite and wall-mounted TV — a quiet haven with breathtaking views.

One level down, the main living area features a sleek gourmet kitchen, dining and lounge framed by floor-to-ceiling sliders that open fully to the panoramic lake and mountain backdrop.
