Location is super convenient, but be aware there is a steep hill to reach entrance. Management was very responsive in addressing problems as best as possible (ie no AC in some rooms). Clearly not a 5-star hotel, but working hard to achieve that status. Enjoyable stay!

Hotel St Moritz in Queenstown had beautiful views from our room — a real highlight each morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and made everything easy, from check-in to local tips. It’s a stylish, comfortable place that feels both relaxed and well run and made our honeymoon special. Excellent breakfast with a view too.
