Wonderfully friendly staff, very close to town, taking about 10-15 min walk and has ample car parking onsite free of charge. I have allergies and brought my own food and was able to use a mini bar, microwave and kettle in my room. The rooms are out dated and starting to look a bit run down. Beds very comfortable and warm rooms. The mountain and lake view is incredible, including on the small balcony area outside the room. Unfortunately there was a sound in the walls that kept us up both nights of our stays, kind of sounded like it was the water pipes being used which is the reason for the three stars.

Close to downtown Queenstown (short drive, public transport immediately outside hotel) rooms are good size and good facilities provided for coffee/ tea making. Private balconies with great views. Didn’t make use of breakfast restaurant as most recent experience (lukewarm food, poor/limited choices an overpriced) last week meant we didn’t bother going there again.

Property was in an awesome position with excellent views.It maybe a tad dated. but if you don’t mind a little retro feel to your stay then l wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Decent hotel. Convenient and walkable to the town center. Excellent staff, polite and helpful. Great rooms , ckean and well appointed. Common areas - rugs a bit worn and stained but vacuumed regularly. Free convenient part - but spaces a bit tight , so be careful backing in and out. Overall a good stay.

The breakfast was simply awful and way overpriced. Only had it once and for the rest of the stay we drove into town. The other dining experience comprised pizzas or sandwiches. Really? Was expecting something more imaginative. Nice location and nice room. But the dining was a major let down.

Staff were good, rooms overlooking the lake get a lot of road noise but great view. Maintenance is not high on the priority list, cupboard doors falling apart, window locks hanging by 1 loose screw. On the good side it is just 5 minutes to the centre of town and there is a bus stop out front if you needed it.

Our family of four adults stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night. What a great stay we had. The young lady that served our drinks and dinner was really friendly and we had breakfast there and who was there was the same young lady what a trooper she is, well done gerl. We will be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

Our room had black mold on the walls close to windows, the bathrooms also had mold that had tried to be re-covered by paint, there was also old hairs that were not ours on the walls. We told the reciption staff about our mold and they replied with “oh okay” no apologies or compensation. Very disappointed will not be back

The hotel is very tired and in need of some renovations. We were by the road in room 106 and it was very loud on the road with two young children throughout the night. The staff were extremely inattentive in all areas, reception, the bar and breakfast. The only saving grace was a great price on the room and the proximity to town.

Hotel & room pleasant with lovely views. Close to the town centre but uphill walk back. Daily room clean was wonderful to come back to after a busy day. Breakfast was disappointing. Had to ask for things to be topped up even though it was early & it was barely warm. Only ate there once.
