Our house is centrally located and within walking distance to downtown Queenstown and has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A three-bedroom home set over multiple levels. Walking distance to town, with beautiful views from each bedroom and the living rooms.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, each with a fixed configuration.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a walk in shower and a separate bathtub.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, smart TV and balcony.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas oven and gas stovetop, inverter microwave, extractor fan, 4-slice toaster.

Exterior: There is a small patio in the back of the house with no furniture. There is a balcony off the front of the house with a table and 4 chairs.

Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Guests do not have use of the garage.



The Neighbourhood

The house is located within walking distance to Queenstown CBD. Breathtaking lake and mountain views.

Please park inside two-car garage, do not park on drive as it will block the unit behind the house

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Internal stairs only

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Need something in person? Swing by our Guest Lounge at 19B Shotover St, open daily 9am–5pm (closed Christmas Day). Free Wi-Fi and coffee or tea are on us.



Got a late flight out or an early arrival? Drop your bags with us free of charge — after check-out if you're not leaving until later, or before check-in if you've landed early — and go explore hands-free.



Our team is available daily, 9am–5pm. After hours, until midnight, a virtual assistant can help with simple questions.
