Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the most amazing and magical views of Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.

Perfectly located only 450 metres (5 min walk, up a steep hill!)



The Space

A three-bedroom home set over multiple levels, on Queenstown Hill, close to the town centre. The living areas look out to views over downtown Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including a master with an ensuite.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with standing showers and one half bathroom in the main floor.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV and balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, glass electric cooktop, belling dishwasher, smart microwave, kettle.

Balcony: There is one small balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning coffee.

Parking: No campervans or motorhomes permitted on-site. We have a dedicated free car parking space for one car (not under cover) with additional visitor car parking available on site, on a first come, first served basis. Visitor parking is shared all complex tenants.

Stairs: 24 internal stairs from entry to living level; 14 internal stairs from living level to upper level

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (160 Liters) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

Great location, 5 minute walk to town. Didn't mind the uphill walk at all considering the convenient location and free on site parking and a reasonable price.Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is outstanding. Very spacious and comfortable for our family. Excellent location, no problem with the steep hill as we are adults and teenagers and also had a car. Would definitely stay again.

The property was amazing - the view was as advertised if not better! It was a brisk walk into town (it was quite a steep hill) and either a short walk back (but again up a steep hill) or a short Uber drive from town. Parking was easy. Check in and check out was uncomplicated. The property was secure, very clean and modern, wonderful kitchen facilities, warm throughout with multiple heating devices available. The bedding was very comfortable and the three bathrooms made it very convenient. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Out winter holiday

Great location, close to the town and handy for the snow bus pickups. View from the lounge is amazing.Curtains need some attention apart from that was a great rate for our families holiday.

We LOVED staying here with our young adult kids. So close to town! The view is amazing from every room. Yes there’s a steep hill and stairs - all part of the fun. It was so clean, had all the amenities, communication with the hosts was excellent. We would go back tomorrow if we could.

View & convenient

We loved the property with great views over the lake & mountains; the balcony caught the evening sun. It is only a short walk to/from the town centre (admittedly uphill on the way home) so super handy for shopping & eating & no need to battle for a parking spot in town. The apartment was spacious & well equipped & we felt quite at home for our stay.

The property itself is great, very clean and no issues outside of the number of stairs inside of it. It is spacious, has great views, walk to town in about 10 mins (downhill) and you arent running out for toilet paper and amenities. As others have noted what you have to watch is the STEEP hills walking or driving up to the property (I got to 143 BPM walking and I am pretty fit). In snow or ice it would be difficult to get up and its not something for a car to attempt (This is turner st and anderson road). Prob would not rebook purely due to the walk, although I dont think we'd need a 3 bed next time either.

Great place to stay but be prepared for the hill

Beautiful, spacious property. Lots of natural light, heating was a god send, beds were comfy, showers good pressure, the only downfall was the hill/hike up to the property and the stairs within it. It worked perfectly fine but was a bit of an effort with the ski gear so sometimes we opted to uber up which was 10NZD but honestly nothing in the actual property could be faulted.

Beautiful views & location Queenstown CBD

A great stay, fabulous views and close to Town centre. Easy access. Home was nice, needs a bit of finishing touches tlc, curtains were dismal, literally falling off rails, all need replacing. Hosts were quick to respond to a few issues raised on entry, so a positive stay overall. Would book again.

Perfect Retreat With A View

Amazing view with great amenities. We enjoyed our morning coffee and wine on the balcony overlooking Queenstown and the lake. It does have stairs to access the property and get that the upper two floors. Uber was our friend, getting us up and down the hill but it was worth it for the view. The host was responsive to all questions and responded quickly during trip planning.

My sisters and I loved our stay at this property. The location is perfect and very close to town, making it easy to access shops and restaurants while still feeling private and peaceful. The views overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains are absolutely spectacular and were a highlight of our stay.The property itself is very clean and spacious, with plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was well presented and it felt welcoming as soon as we arrived.The property managers were amazing with communication and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.A couple of things to be mindful of for future guests. There is a steep and curvy incline when driving up to the property, which is worth noting, especially for those not used to hill driving and for anyone planning to walk to and from town. There are also quite a few stairs within the property, so this is something to consider when carrying luggage or for anyone with mobility concerns.Overall, this is a lovely place to stay with stunning views and a great location. We would happily recommend it to others.
