Accommodation booked for family trip of 9 adults 0n 14th Feb, were advised parking was included, none of anywhere mentioned the parking has 2.05m height restriction applies, called but solution was poor, communication emailed but no response whatsoever, you should know any van take 9 people should be aware of this, we ended up paid the parking by ourselves and got the partial refund, we shouldn’t pay any parking at all, I can’t fault the hotel room at all but the parking hassle, communication on the phone was horrible, emailed the remaining balance of the parking and no response at all, we won’t be back again, good room but terrible communication. For all other customer, best of luck because no one cares if there is any issues to communicate with them !!

Stunning apartment, in the best area of Queenstown. Right in the city centre, steps away from shopping, dining and throat attractions. The apartment itself is incredible, spacious, warm and with panoramic view of the Remarkables and the lake. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Queenstown.

Fabulous location and fabulous condo! Stay here if you get a chance. Lovely, well stocked kitchen, very nice bedrooms, huge living and dining area, and everything we could think of was provided. You can walk everywhere, including Fergburger!!!

A tremendous 180 degree view of the mountains and lake, this place is not only spacious but just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Plenty of food options. Would definitely return and highly recommend. Comfortably housed two families.
