1/10 — Terrifying Stay, Completely Unprofessional
This was by far the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. The property is managed in a way that feels hostile and stressful rather than welcoming. There is no staff on-site, and all communication is done through long, confrontational messages from the owner. Even small matters were handled with accusatory language, which set an unpleasant tone from the start.
The place is covered with multiple cameras, and it was obvious our movements were being closely monitored. As a family with two young children, this created an uncomfortable and invasive atmosphere. We were also surprised by the extra charges for infants—something we rarely encounter—and even that was handled aggressively.
The situation escalated to a level we never imagined. While we were still staying there, the owner suddenly confronted us in person about a 1-star review. His behavior was aggressive and intimidating, and our children became terrified and started crying. We were so alarmed that we began recording the interaction for our own safety. He even threatened to call the police on us simply for leaving an honest review.
This was an extremely distressing experience and easily the biggest mistake of our trip. We strongly warn other travelers
