Overall visit.

Room was very clean. Lady at check-in ignored me, then someone else came to check me in. Parking lot was dark with no one at the front desk after 9pm. View was amazing.

The Staff was wonderful! The view was spectacular! I had a room with double beds & it would be a tight fit if you have 4 people with you. The Infiniti pool was nice & the staff made the best Pina colada I’ve ever had. My biggest complaint is the bathroom wasn’t great. The shower head sprayed water in odd directions & the sink needed to be just right for the water to shut off. Also the beach right by the property was rocky so you need to travel to get to a better beach. Now I’m putting this next part as a pro but I know not everyone loves cats like I do. The property easily had 10 cats on it. I’m assuming they were strays but they were friendly so I’m positive staff & guests treat them wonderfully. I would go back especially with my cat loving daughter.

The Refrigerator didnt work good , the air conditiner was not working well and the alarm not smoking qet us crasy the frist night also no hot water , and no light. Thats my personal opinion

The ceiling has mold. The closet door is broken. The door knobs didn’t close properly. There was no hot water. The shower door didn’t close so the whole floor had a small puddle.

La mejor estancia en PR

El personal del hotel increible, inclusive se me quedo una cartera cuando dejamos el hotel y me llamaron para que la buscara!!! Las instalaciones espectaculares en frente del mar, atencion durante el desayuno increible todas super amables!!
