The vacation home is located in a quiet and safe residential area. With parking in front of the house, it is a half-hour drive from the capital city of Cagliari and 15 minutes from Quartu Sant'Elena.
The beautiful sandy beach at Capitana—narrow and with very shallow waters, perfect for children—is located right nearby, about 200 meters from the accommodation.
Through a small front garden, equipped with an outdoor shower, the terrace leads to a spacious living room with a smart TV and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a traditional Sardinian barbecue area with a washing machine in the back yard. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the second bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the upstairs windows are fitted with additional mosquito screens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Shops, restaurants, and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity.
At the port of Capitana, a 15-minute walk away, you can rent a car, a scooter, or a boat, or try your hand at scuba diving.
Some truly beautiful beaches include Poetto in Cagliari; this beach, which is about 8 km long and very wide, offers something for everyone: sports facilities, beach bars, and restaurants. The beaches toward Villasimius—such as Spiagga di Mari Pintau, Geremeas, Torre Delle Stelle, Solanas, and Costa Rei—are just a small selection and are easily accessible via the romantic coastal road.
