The property has a private entrance and is fully furnished, with air conditioning, a barbecue, a washing machine, and an outdoor shower, as well as free parking nearby or along the street. Towel and sheet sets are available upon request for an additional fee. Electricity consumption: up to 100 kW per week / 14 kW per day is included in the price. Beyond this limit: 1.00 Euro for each additional kW. About 100 meters away is a pebble beach; 150 meters away, next to the Seghientu Resort beach, is a sandy beach; and about 600 meters away is the sandy beach of Santa Luria. These beaches are within walking distance.
