"The Door to the Sea" at S'Arpagiu, direct access to the sea, private pool

The recently renovated villa is located in a quiet area overlooking the sea in southern Sardinia.

The building, characterized by stone walls and large arches (which frame the spectacular view of the blue sea from inside), spans three levels.
The bright living room with dining area can be accessed directly from three different entrances: through the main arched French doors near the parking area, through the arched French doors on the ocean-facing veranda, or through the kitchen hallway leading to the covered barbecue area.

From the living room, a small hallway leads to a guest bathroom.
The kitchen area features a circular counter that echoes the shape of the columns and the fireplace at the center of this open-concept space.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious patio, equipped with a BBQ, a Sardinian bread and pizza oven, induction cooktops, and a sink with an attached countertop, as well as a large stone dining table (which doubles as a fun ping-pong table when needed), where you can enjoy al fresco lunches and dinners in an intimate, cozy setting, sheltered from the wind and always with the unmissable ocean view.

From the living room, a staircase leads up to the sleeping area, which features four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The master bedroom with a balcony has an en-suite bathroom with a shower; next to it is another bedroom with a bathtub, and further along is another bathroom with a shower. Next to that is the bedroom with a French bed, and finally, on the same floor, there is the bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower.

Each bedroom is equipped with high-quality mattresses and has its own closet and bathroom.
The fourth bathroom is located on the top floor, which also provides access to the terrace.

The villa is surrounded by a meticulously maintained garden that extends from the front of the house to the gate leading to the sea. Nearby is a spacious pool area featuring a rectangular freshwater pool, a solarium equipped with lounge chairs for moments of relaxation in the shade of a modern motorized pergola awning, and finally a spacious lounge area with a jacuzzi and a sitting area where you can relax and read or let yourself be lulled by the sound of the sea.
Directly in front of the gate is an artificial pier that marks the boundary of the stretch of sea in front of the property.
