trattasi di una villa con tre ampie camere da letto e due bagni enormi (di cui uno in camera, dotato di vasca idromassaggio), ampio salone con tavolo pranzo e cucina super accessoriata con ogni tipo di elettrodomestico e camino suggestivo. la casa è contornata da un grandissimo giardino molto curato, con gazebo vari e una cucina esterna con barbecue molto grande, dove si può cucinare e cenare all'esterno sotto un porticato bellissimo e fresco. lpresente anche tavolo da ping pong, lettini e sdraio, per rilassarsi in giardino. lavanderia esterna con lavatrice e servizi. la casa è dotata di ogni confort, aria condiizonata e accessori di tutti i tipi, dipsonibilità di asciugamani e biancheria da letto, per ricambi conitinui. io viaggio tantissimo, in utto il mondo, ma non sono mai stato comodo e accolto, come in questo caso. la padrona di casa è perfetta, ottima comunicazione e disponibilità. tornerò sicuramente in questa villa e la consiglio vivamente a tutti, soggiorno da 10 e lode

Superbe maison!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans la maison d’Amelia. Très jolie maison décorée avec soin et comprenant tous les équipements nécessaires. 3 belles chambres dont une avec salle de bain intégrée. 2 chambres comprennent un lit simple en plus du lit double (idéal pour les enfants). L'extérieur est magnifique avec un coin repas/cuisine d’été/barbecue à couper le souffle. Le jardin est très beau et bien entretenu... ne manque que la piscine ! La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel au calme absolu avec les premières plages à 10/15min de voiture. Un bon point de chute pour rayonner dans cette belle région. Amelia fut très gentil et disponible tout au long du séjour pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous recommandons !!

Excellent séjour dans une très belle villa

Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse depuis laquelle nous avons profité de Cagliari, des plages et de la détente. Amélia est une propriétaire dévouée, très accueillante et attentionnée. La villa très spacieuse est très confortable et équipée d'absolument toutes les commodités pour vivre, cuisiner... Jacuzzi inclus. Le jardin avec barbecue, Marquises, salons de jardins est un endroit superbe y compris pour des mariages. Cagliari centre est à une dizaine de minutes en voitures, mais cette villa est sans aucun doute un excellent point de chute.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in 7 persone in questa stupenda Villa!!! La casa è esattamente corrispondente alla descrizione e si rimane piacevolmente sorpresi dall’accuratezza con cui la signora Amelia fa trovate esattamente ogni singola cosa di cui si possa aver bisogno! Spazio esterno dotato di ogni confort (compresi bagno lavanderia frigo e doccia esterna). Cucina Accessoriata perfettamente. Comprese tisane a disposizione!! Amelia disponibilissima e gentilissima. Consigliata assolutamente!
