Fantastic views from the terraces and living areas over the entire Gulf of Cagliari to the opposite coast with the Sulcis mountains, over the deep blue sea with the rocks of Capo Elia, the "Devil's Pass", and over Cagliari, the white city with its 7 hills, old town and castle. The sunsets in such a setting are simply unforgettable.
You live in a very quiet place outside Quartu Sant'Elena, without transit traffic or other noises, with views of the sea, the city and the greenery, and yet you are just a few minutes away from the most beautiful beaches in south-east Sardinia, from the urban beach of Poetto, the historic center or the vibrant nightlife of Cagliari.
