The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard. The cleaning staff are extremely polite and friendly. The staff go above and beyond especially the lady at reception. There was plenty of spare towels and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options

The not-so-good: Loud thumping from the rooftop cistern's shut-off valve (frequent during the day, thankfully much less frequent overnight); no Keurig or kettle in the room; a bit of a walk into town and to the beach. The good: My room was big and clean; the staff I dealt with were pleasant and helpful; the breakfast buffet was abundant and tasty; and there were useful amenities very nearby (most notably Happy Andorinhas (a.k.a. Café Happy Swallows) and Algartalhos Supermercados). As the good far outweighed the not-so-good, I would stay there again on a future visit to Quarteira. :-)

Room was very basic, no kettle, absolutely basic, someone’s t shirt left behind in the wardrobe, so no emphasis on cleaning. Pool was ok but busy, breakfast incredibly basic, had an early flight on the last day and sled a staff member for coffee, we had paid for breakfast and he didn’t even attempt to help, it was disappointing , overall would not stay there again, no value for money.

Stayed here a few times now, the hotel is kept clean by a great team, nice to see the same staff faces. Didn't get much of a chance to use the pool area, but that was also kept clean. Breakfast the same as always, no change in items, but enjoyed what we had. Will stay again.
