Good location, but tired property, our premium room was very small, and while we had the top floor which had a jacuzzi and lounge chairs there was bird poop that we needed to be asked to clean up. Staff we’re really nice.

Great location, tired hotel.

Location is very good, room size is good and beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent. Ants all over bathroom everyday. Shower very little water pressure. Around Pool area looks like building site. Air con took forever to drop temperature by a degree and maids opened curtains everyday so was boiling when got into room.

I would not stay at this hotel again. This hotel is 2 stars at most. The parking is the biggest problem, it took us 15-30 minutes each day to look for parking. Our room was not cleaned, our towels were not changed until the 3rd day of our stay. We had no tea or coffee put in our room for the full stay. The hotel did not have a water service so if you wanted water for your room and the room was not cleaned, you would need to wait until breakfast or dinner to fill your water up at the hotel's restaurant. The food is okay if you are not vegetarian and eat anything. Some members of my group just ate chips, potatoes, vegetables and toast and cheese for breakfast. Lastly, we did not get the rooms we booked via Expedia. We booked two rooms which was a double bed and a single bed. The first room was two single beds put together and the second was the same with a small sofa bed. The restaurant staff were polite, friendly and helpful but the reception desk were not.

No coffee / tea in room. Drinking water upon arrival but never replenished. Please please but door closers on the bedroom doors as the doors slamming begins around 5am Every morning there would me slam after slam, it cannot be the all the guests fault, the corridors are so draughty when a guest goes to close the door the wind shuts it very fast so expect an early wake up call from the loud door slams. I don’t think you should be a 4 star hotel, it’s more a 3 star with hostel type vending machines so if you want a morning tea / coffee you’ve to find some coins and head to reception. Why a kettle in the room with no condiments ? Breakfast is communal and very uncomfortable with strangers come and sit next to you with phones going off. Not a nice experience. Staff were amazing tho, room clean, the air con wasn’t brilliant. Only 3 sunbeds around the pool. The safe didn’t work at all but never affected me too much. Won’t be back.

Monica at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very conveniently located 2 blocks from the beach. There is an ice cream shop on the beach. It was a self serve place with fabulous ice cream.

Late night fight!

I was unfortunate enough to be roomed next to a couple that was fighting late in the night. Management did come up and ask them to be quiet, but they continued with little intervention
