Malgré l'annonce de notre heure d'arrivée, nous avons attendu le propriétaire 20 minutes. Puis, la découverte du logement fut pleins de surprises car totalement non conforme à la description présente sur votre site: 2 chambres au lieu des 3 annoncées avec 3 lits au lieu des 4 de l'annonce/ 1 SDB au lieu des 2 annoncées/une terrasse privative inexistantes car situé sur le parking de la résidence sans parasol et en plein soleil alors qu'il y avait une photo d'une terrasse ombragée et bien orientée mais qui correspondant à un logement déjà occupé par une personne qui semblai être là de façon permanente/un Spa à bulle qui n'existe pas/ pas d'ustensiles de barbecue/pas de machine à lavé alors qu'elle est présente sur la photo descriptive de votre site. Et enfin, le logement loué pour 5 personnes manque cruellement d'ustensiles de base comme des assiettes, des couverts, casseroles ..... Nous avons donc dialogué par téléphone avec l'agence Bellevilla qui nous a évoqué une indemnisation de 200 , mais sans nouvelle à ce jour. Merci à Abritel de revenir rapidement vers nous à ce sujet avant de lancer des démarches plus lourdes en lien avec ce préjudice.

Wij kregen het huisje bovenaan bij het binnen gaan langs de 2de poort. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Paolo en zijn vrouw... We kregen een rondleiding en een duidelijke omschrijving over alles ter plaatse. Het huisje was proper maar heel basic! Met weinig geld zou je het toch wel wat gezelliger kunnen maken. Aan ons huisje had je een terras, net aan de parking, wat niet gezellig zitten was. Je hebt wel een alternatief aan het zwembad, waar trouwens de enige deftige plek is voor wifi. Daar zijn 2 plaatsen waar je met de familie wel kan zitten en lekker kan genieten. Zwembad en uitzicht waren ook dik ok!

Wij kwamen vroeger aan dan afgesproken, maar na een telefoontje was de eigenaar er binnen 10 minuten. We zijn zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Het appartement is autenthiek en eenvoudig ingericht. De omgeving is prachtig, een en al olijfbomen en uitzicht op de steden in het dal.

Een gezellige kleinschalige accommodatie. De eigenaar is geweldig en doet er alles aan om het gasten naar de zin te maken. Heel bijzonder op zaterdagavond eigengemaakte pizza's bakken in de buitenoven voor zijn gasten. De inrichting wat verouderd maar prima bedden. En een groot zwembad. Alles schoon en clean. En een fantastisch uitzicht.

De aankomst kon beter,geen uitleg qua handdoeken pakket bv of het scheiden van het afval bv .. En bij het verlaten van het huis ,hadden wij het fijn gevonden dat er op zn minst even gevraagd werd ,hoe we het hebben ervaren?.. Nee,we mochten de sleutel in de deur doen en weg wezen..(zo kwam het op ons over) .. Qua omgeving ,uitzicht ,zwembad was het fantastisch..(een 9.5) Het huis opzich was voor ons een 6 ..,(2 ventilatoren)en erg donker. En aangezien je gemiddeld tussen de 28 en 34 gr hebt is het erg warm in het huis....De bedden waren goed . Te weinig kookgerei zoals;opschep lepel soep lepel roer gerei etc.., Al met al hebben we zeker wel een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Dieser Herr ist groß der Bereich ist schön. Alles Wissenswerte.
