Everything was perfect, from location next to May Fourth Square station and a mega shopping mall MixC, very clean room to excellent customer service (special mention to York who helped us with check-in and Mr Yan who cleaned our room). Staff is really helpful. I didn't have a chinese number to order food delivery. The hotel staff volumteer to use his number instead. I send a few online packages to the hotel and the hotel the package is well stored. Hotel surrounding is amazing.
