This was my eighth trip to Greece & not a novice. This house is very high end, well stocked kitchen, 4 ensuite bedrooms, beautiful bathroom fixtures, etc. The infinity pool is beautiful & the view is unmatched. I was traveling with 5 other middle-aged to retired adults. We had 2 rental vehicles. I tried contacting the host via WhatsApp at his suggestion. Several tries & no luck. I contacted him thru VRBO. He replied that he gave me the wrong phone number. He could not provide me with directions or coordinates to the house so he met us in town. We followed him for about 10 minutes thru winding narrow roads, paved & unpaved roads, washed out roads, washboard roads, & potholes until we reached the end of the driveway & the road was extremely rough until we reached the house. The vehicles we had were not conducive for these roads. If you rent this house, it’s best to have a 4-wheel drive or truck. We traveled all day, were tired & it was about 9pm. The host suggested we don’t set the a/c too low because we could get sick going in & out of the house, from hot to cold, stating there should only be a 5 degree difference between outside & inside. We were warned about spiders, snakes, & scorpions. Obviously the host has no control over nature & was warning us of what we could expect. There are no hand railings for staircases & several people in our group needed them. Would recommend this property but be aware of the roads & spiders.
