It was clean and tidy and decent kitchen facilities, there was no coffee table or table to eat at so we had to eat on our laps which was not ideal. The garden could do with a gate as it's on the main road to Pwllheli - we could not let our dogs out. The garden was chipping pretty much and surrounded by a caravan motorhome storage , no plants and pretty uninviting so we never used it even though the weather was good - the garden could do with some plants. The bedroom had a blind and the light from the caravan storage shone through the blind all night making it difficult to sleep - the bedroom could do with blackout curtains. The location on the main road is next to caravan and motor home business and a few cottages Ok if you plan to drive to other places but not a great location if you want to stay put.
