The rooms:
One bedroom: one bed 140
Another bedroom: 2 beds 90.
In each of the bedrooms a wardrobe.

The bathroom:
A washbasin, a storage unit, a towel rail, a shower 0.80 x 0.80. The toilets are separate.

Additional equipment
The washing machine at your disposal is located in the laundry room near the Gîte.

Pricing and payment terms

At the signing of the rental contract, a deposit of 25% of the rental amount, the rest of the balance as provided for in the Vrbo agreement, the deposit of 300€.

Terms of stay
Arrivals, on Saturday around 4 p.m., departures, on Saturday around 10 a.m.
Possibly in low season arrivals and departures may take place on another day of the week.
With the set of keys of the Gîte, a remote control of the entrance gate.

Sheets and towels not included
Supplement: sheets 140 / 4€, per bed, sheets 90 / 3 €, per bed. Bath towel and towel 3€ per person.
The tariff includes 8KWh electricity per day, or 56 KWh for the week.

Two heating modes: either heat pump (electricity) or central heating (pellet boiler) in this case 40€ per week.
