Villa Ulivo is a cozy vacation home with 100 square meters of interior space, designed to ensure a unique and comfortable stay. The interior spaces are divided into four functional areas that blend seamlessly to offer the utmost in relaxation and comfort. The living area is bright and inviting, featuring a comfortable sofa—which easily converts into a double sofa bed—and a table with chairs, ideal for social gatherings.

The well-equipped kitchen is a true haven of freedom for guests, furnished with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, and an induction cooktop. Every utensil and accessory is designed to make every meal a pleasant and stress-free experience. Adjacent to the kitchen, the laundry area offers convenience and practicality, complete with a washing machine and a sink.

The sleeping area is a haven of tranquility, featuring two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom for guests’ exclusive use. These modern and functional bathrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art showers, complete with chromotherapy and a radio, for a total wellness experience.

Another highlight of Villa Ulivo is its spacious private garden of approximately 100 square meters, a true outdoor paradise. Here, guests can soak up the sun on lounge chairs and in a hammock, or share pleasant moments around the table in the shade of the gazebo. A small sitting area completes the outdoor space, making the garden an ideal place to relax.

During their stay, guests will have access to: bed linens and towels, pool towels (during the summer when the pool is open), slippers, a hair dryer, a safe, and private parking. In addition, free Wi-Fi is always included, allowing you to stay connected even while on vacation.

Villa Ulivo offers not only accommodations but also a range of extra services. Guests can request and arrange for housekeeping and linen changes, carried out by our attentive and helpful staff. In addition, breakfast can be enjoyed comfortably on-site in the dedicated breakfast room, available to all guests of our adjacent B&B (breakfast is available upon request and must be arranged in advance; it is subject to a fee). Extra cleaning and breakfasts arranged in advance are subject to a small surcharge.

Important Note: For reservations for two adults, the main double bedroom with its attached bathroom will be made available, while the second bedroom with its attached bathroom will remain closed.
For three or more guests, the second bedroom and the second bathroom will be open and available. This arrangement allows us to offer a more affordable rate for two guests, commensurate with the space and amenities actually provided.
