Coastal Courtyard at Cape Arkona - "View of the Baltic Sea" Apartment

The "Ostseeblick" vacation rental underwent extensive, high-quality renovations and was fully furnished in 2011. The apartment measures approximately 55 square meters, is located on the first floor of the building, and can accommodate 4 people. The furnishings include a high-quality brand-name kitchen, equipped with everything you could want. From the bright living room, you can look out over the Baltic Sea bay toward Juliusruh. There are two separate bedrooms (no walk-through rooms). One has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the other has a bunk bed (each 0.90 m x 1.90 m), which is also suitable for adults. In April 2012, the “Ostseeblick” apartment was fitted with a new covered terrace facing southwest. A travel crib and high chair are provided free of charge in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, pots, and cutlery. Inside the house, there is an LCD TV, satellite TV, CD player, radio, Wi-Fi and DSL internet access, and a collection of board games. Outside, there is a sauna available for shared use via coin-operated payment. The Reethaus is a smoke-free property; pets are not allowed in the “Ostseeblick” apartment. The garden, part of a 10,000-square-meter property, is equipped with outdoor furniture and features a sunbathing area. The property has its own access path down to the beach, which consists of pebbles and sand at this point. On the steep bank right next to the house, there is a hiking and biking trail with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. Altenkirchen, with excellent shopping, is about 4 km away; Juliusruh, with restaurants and shops, is about 3 km away; and Cape Arkona is about 6 km away.<br>Pets are allowed.
