Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt mit unserer 5-köpfigen Familie. Alles was man zum Kochen und Leben braucht, ist vorhanden. Die RĂ€ume sind sehr schon und besonders toll ist der Blick auf den wunderschönen Baum im Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieterin ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt und stand uns auch im Vorfeld bei allen Fragen zur VerfĂŒgung. Ein Besonderer Dank gilt auch dem sehr zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Hausmeister, der mit uns die Übergabe organisiert hat.Vielen Dank fĂŒr diesen schönen Urlaub!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Auch die Lage ist Topp. Binz und Umgebung alles schnell zu erreichen. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sehr viele AusflĂŒge machen. Immer wieder gerne.

Gerne wieder

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Ferienhaus, ruhige Lage. Zum Einkaufen braucht man ein Fahrzeug, der nĂ€chste Laden ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Zum entspannen gibt es eine große Liegewiese die man gut nach dem Saunagang nutzen kann.. Im allgemeinen sehr schön.

Modernes Ferienhaus in absoluter Ruhiglage

Wir haben die Zeit in Wreechen in dem komplett eingerichteten Ferienhaus genossen. Brötchen morgens in Joggingweite in Putbus, Laufstrecke durch den Schlosspark mit Wildgehege. Durch die Ruhiglage, das Abgelegene, ist ein Auto dringend erforderlich. Und da wir viel unterwegs waren, haben wir trotz fehlender abdunkelung prima geschlafen ;))

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit kleinen „MĂ€ngeln“

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Wreechen 1 war sehr gelungen. Die Ankunft verlief Dank des Hausmeisters reibungslos. Wir haben uns bewusst fĂŒr drei Schlafzimmer entschieden, da wir Zwillinge im Teenager-Alter haben. So hatte jeder sein eigenes Reich. Die Aufteilung der RĂ€ume ist gut, Platz genug fĂŒr alles. Vor allem die KĂŒche bietet durch die Kochinsel in der Mitte viel Platz. Positiv ist zu erwĂ€hnen, dass in den Fenstern in allen BĂ€dern und Schlafzimmern Fliegengitter angebracht sind, so dass man auch abends und nachts die Fenster geöffnet lassen kann. Zwei kleine VorschlĂ€ge hĂ€tten wir: Im unteren Bad wĂŒrden Handtuchhaken am Waschbecken die Nutzung des Bads verbessern. Und VorhĂ€nge zumindest in den SchlafrĂ€umen, die den Raum abdunkeln, wĂ€ren toll. Was uns unangenehm aufgestoßen ist, war der volle Aschenbecher draußen auf dem Gartentisch sowie der Gestank von abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch im Unterschrank mit den MĂŒlleimern in der KĂŒche. Das ging wirklich gar nicht! Als ausgewiesenes Nichtraucherhaus hat uns das sehr irritiert. Liegt selbstverstĂ€ndlich an den Mietern vor uns und nicht am Vermieter. Aber vielleicht könnte man zukĂŒnftige rauchende Mieter des Hauses darauf hinweisen die Zigarettenkippen direkt draußen im MĂŒlleimer zu entsorgen. Bei der oben nicht vorhandenen Kategorie Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis vergeben wir allerdings nur drei von fĂŒnf Sternen
