On 65 m² with a balcony and a view of the marina, you can comfortably vacation with 2 adults and two children or 3 adults.
The natural colors bring a fresh breeze into the apartment and invite you to feel at home.
All the solid wooden furniture was individually designed and made for the apartment from a plank of local oak.
You can read, stream or simply relax in both rooms, which also have Smart TV and fast WiFi.
You can make yourself really comfortable in the living room with its cozy sofa bed and lounge chair and in the bedroom with its king-size bed.
The gas fireplace offers harmony and warmth in the cold season.
The well-equipped kitchen with its bright, friendly design invites you to cook, linger and play.
A spacious walk-in closet offers space for your vacation luggage.
The apartment has its own parking space next to the building.

The property of the small vacation complex is located directly on a railroad line, on which a small feeder train runs every hour during the day in the direction of Bergen. Three times a day, during the season, the historic “Rasende Roland” passes by, which travels via Putbus to the seaside resort of Göhren.

The outdoor facilities have not yet been fully completed and construction work is currently underway on the neighboring building. Therefore, until the end of the year, the overnight stay price will be 20% reduced.

Getting Around:
The vacation apartment is located in Putbus in the immediate vicinity of the beach and harbor. The small town lies between the villages of Neuendorf and Muglitz and offers a wide range of shopping facilities. These are within walking distance, as are the town's cultural sites. There are also several bathing and wellness facilities nearby. The property is located on a cycle path, which can be used for a relaxing excursion into nature.
