Clean lines, a distinctive facade, large windows, and a harmonious interior design leave nothing to be desired. Each half of the house offers approximately 100 square meters of living space spread over two floors. The first floor features a living/dining area with an open kitchen—comprising a kitchenette and a kitchen island—as well as a sauna and a fireplace. Generous windows at the rear open onto a large south-facing terrace, offering a magnificent view of the water. The first floor also features a guest restroom and an open-concept entryway in each half of the house. On the upper floor, accessed via an oak staircase, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a loft with a view of the water in each half of the house. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. In the courtyard, there is a lockable garden shed with a charging station for e-bikes.

Modernes Ambiente, super Ausstattung, wunderschön gelegen am Schlosspark, toller Blick auf den Bodden, hervorragende Betreuung durch die sehr netten Vermieter. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die fehlende unmittelbare Nähe zur Küste.
