Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Actually, our family of seven, including my 80-year-old mother and 9-year-old daughter, arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM with a confirmed booking. However, the person at the reception cheated us by claiming there was no reservation under our name and had already sold our room to someone else. Despite showing our booking confirmation, arguing and fighting with that arrogant staff member was completely useless. We had a horrible experience that night. This was the worst experience ever, and I would rate both the hotel and Expedia -10.
