Lovingly furnished, a well-maintained living environment awaits you across 100 square meters of living space. A spacious living area and a beautiful dining area with the typical open Canarian roof structure give the house a special charm.

The kitchen, with its traditional curved wooden beam and exquisitely beautiful countertop, invites you to cook. Equipped with a three-burner ceramic cooktop and an electric convection oven, you can cook or bake anything your heart desires. A refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and blender are provided, as well as pots, cutlery, and dishes for up to 8 people.

Two bedrooms with double beds comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Additionally, one of the bedrooms features a small sitting area, providing a place to relax and read. A small CD player is also available here.

The spacious bathroom, featuring exquisite tiles, is a true wellness oasis. Equipped with a bathtub and separate shower, it offers you genuine enjoyment. A washing machine and dryer are also available here.

The house is equipped with gas central heating. Domestic hot water is heated by a solar water heating system. The living area also features a wood-burning stove that provides cozy warmth.

The finca is equipped with German and Spanish satellite TV and radio. A stereo system with a 5-in-1 DVD/CD/MP3 player is available for listening to music.
