We have finally re-opened!

After 2 hurricanes in 2024, we have completely renovated every unit.

Everything is new again in this 1955 Historic Inn on Charlotte Harbor.

The units are a cozy 325 sq. ft. with a living area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and a full kitchenette.

The Sunset Inn is located on Bayshore Rd in Charlotte Harbor, walking distance to the new Sunseeker Resort.

The sunsets are stunning!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Hidden gem

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Inn. The place was very clean and very well equipped. It is tucked away and in a very quiet area. There is a great park across the street with nice walking paths and fishing pier. It is very close to everything.

really met our needs for being in a safe quiet area, very close to a oark and having the ability to walk at any time for long distances. beautiful park actoss tge street on the peace river. nice kitchenette- would come back again - great outdoor amenities for cooking, eating and reading

Property was clean and had basic cooking supplies. It was quiet and in a good location. The only negative was the lack of towels, bedding, toilet paper and coffee. A little small, but fit our needs adequately.

Phenomenal Host

Great property and great host! My wife and I were in town for the weekend to go to a wedding When I accidentally booked for only one night. Upon notifying the host they made accommodations for us to stay the extra night very easy. I would absolutely recommend!
