Beautiful waterfront pool home in the heart of Port Charlotte! Enjoy a relaxing vacation with the whole family in this 3 bedroom 2 bath home on a saltwater canal. Brand new heated and caged swimming pool! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing staycation! Home has a tiki hut in the backyard for enjoying the outdoors in any weather. Enjoy fishing in the canal or just sit back and enjoy all that mother nature has to offer!

House was filthy and has roaches. Property Manager is unprofessional if you complain.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If this was a gem, it would be booked out as is most rental homes in the area. The reality is that the home needs a lot of improvements to be truly comfortable and clean. There were multiple adult/baby roaches crawling all over the kitchen counters and cabinets at night. We kept all food items in the fridge, including bread. The dishes were dirty and had to be run through the dishwasher before using. The kitchen gadgets/knives are just a hodge podge of various items that are broken/unusable. The drawers had debris and dead bugs. The showers were moldy/dirty with multiple types of hair in all corners. Housekeeping did a quick wipe and zero cleaning. The pillows on all beds are stained and smell like sweaty head or nursing home. The alternative is disgusting yellow stained pillows in the top of the closet. The description states that the POOL will be under construction. No where does it state the dock and seawall were having repairs/modifications. There are multiple workers with a very large crane at the dock. We cannot fish or sit out on the lanai due to the dust, debris and hazardous material flying. There was zero privacy. I took pictures but do not know how to upload to this site.

Fantastic Rental but not equipped for 6 people

The property was fantastic but there weren't towels for 6 people and a few other things. If a property advertises for 8 people than there should be enough stuff there for 8.

Spacious home

Everything was carefully thought out and very comfortable. Good hot showers, firm comfortable beds, convenient location. Streaming services on the tv and good WiFi signal. Recommend.
