This resort has the potential to become a premier Resort in South-West Florida and compete with Orlando Resorts. Staff is over the top friendly and incredibly welcoming. The resort has enough dining options and things to do for those short getaways. Though not the best for the resort, but because occupancy is low at the moment the Resort felt very intimate, and we will be going back in a couple of weeks before the crowds arrive.

This is a clean, and modern hotel. The reason I’m leaving a 3-star review is because of my unpleasant experience at the Harbor Yards Food Hall. I was charged $47 for an omelet and pancakes, and when I requested a receipt, they only provided one showing the total amount—no itemized details. After I insisted on a detailed receipt, it became clear that I had been overcharged. The manager eventually came over and refunded the difference. It’s also worth noting that most of the service areas here don’t provide a receipt unless you specifically ask for one, and even then, it’s often just a total amount. My advice: always ask for a full, itemized receipt. It’s shame that issues like this are happening here, not only does it harm the reputation and quality of what should be a great resort, but it’s also illegal to charge customers without providing an accurate, detailed receipt.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I have a very high stress life. My stay there was great. The staff were excellent, the pool was fantastic and their music at the pool was amazing. The food was excellent. I found the resort to be very calming and quiet. I cannot think of one bad thing to say. I took my 22 yr old daughter with me and we just chilled at the pool, ate ourselves to death. And did a lot of walking around there.

The resort fee charge does not make sense. The place is really nice. They can look into making it all inclusive and add daily activities for the residents. That will help attract a lot more people. Overall a beautiful place.

Relaxing, beautiful pools, great food

My mom and I really enjoyed our 3 night mother-daughter getaway to the Sunseeker Resort. Upon arrival, we were glad we were using Uber for transportation because the parking fees would have been incredibly expensive if we'd rented a vehicle. The staff was very friendly and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We also appreciated having robes in the room to use. The room was very modernized and had a panel with buttons for the lights, fan, and thermostat, which was easy to use. We loved the pools, the comfortable lounge chairs, and having an umbrella for when we wanted a break from the direct sunlight. We also appreciated that the bartenders came to us to get our drink and food orders by the pool. We were very happy that the sports bar was able to get the station for both of the college games we wanted to watch. We also ate at Half Cracked and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The desserts at Sweet Shine were beautiful and tasty too! Our only complaint would probably be the cost of the spa. My mom got a massage and said she enjoyed it, however it was very overpriced and there was also a 24% fee for the service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
