With 1120 Square Feet of living space and "Million Dollar Views" of the Golf Course and Lake Babcock, you'll love catching the sunrise & sunsets from your Rear Screened Lanai.

The gracious Master Suite boasts a comfortable King Bed, 2 Walk-in closets, and a beautiful En-suite bath, with a Walk-In Shower. The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the condo offering a Queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom with access to the Full Size In-Unit Washer & Dryer.

It's easy to fall in love with the Open Concept floor plan of the Arbor Model, which features an open-concept kitchen with an island, an eat-in Breakfast bar & formal dining space with seating for 4. The beautifully designed living area is perfect for relaxing after an exciting day out on the golf course! Gigabit Fiber Internet & High-Speed Streaming Service is provided so you can enjoy all your favorite TV Shows during your stay. Guests are also welcome to use the 2 Bicycles and/or an electric Motor Scooter that is provided with this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.One of the highlights was the location: golf, pool, gym, hot tub, and the restaurant are all brand new and within easy walking distance, which made it especially convenient and enjoyable. The community is quiet and very well kept.Check-in was simple, communication was clear, and the overall experience was smooth with no surprises. A solid rental and an easy recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay once again. This is our third time staying here, which truly says it all. The apartment is always clean and well prepared, communication with the host is easy, and we even had the pleasure of meeting him personally, sharing some very nice moments. The pool area is great for both relaxation and swimming, with lap lanes, a gym, and two restaurants, and the golf courses are beautifully maintained. The community is peaceful, safe, full of friendly people, and there are always some events for both kids and adults. We will definitely be back again next year.
