Important Community Rules:
Per park regulations, this is a strict 55+ community (all staying guests must be 55 or older).

A mandatory park application and background check must be completed directly with the park management after booking. The park charges a $130 fee for this processing.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs or cats, no weight limit. The park doesn't allow these breeds or their mixes: Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios and wolf hybrids. Pets must be registered at the park office with proof of current shots.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
