Come enjoy a fully furnished, 4BR/3BA house in beautiful Babcock Ranch (Punta Gorda) Florida! All you need to bring is a suitcase!

Babcock Ranch is America's first 100% solar-powered town. With free access to multiple community pools, a bandstand, Food Truck Fridays (with live music), restaurants, coffee shops, and hiking and biking trails galore, you're bound to enjoy your stay here.

Located in the beautiful new neighborhood of Trails Edge (named after the trailhead that connects to miles and miles of trails), this brand-new (built in 2022) house has gorgeous, upgraded wood plank tiles, upgraded white cabinetry, and a large fenced-in back yard. The house is situated just a short block away from the trailhead.

The open concept living area includes a living room, kitchen, and dining room:

- In the living room, kick back on a 5-seater leather couch (with 3 recliners), and enjoy a movie on the home theater with Sonos surround sound.
- In the large kitchen, you have everything you need, with a dishwasher, walk-in pantry, and kitchen island which seats 4. It's furnished with glassware, dinnerware, silverware, and plenty of cookware and appliances.
- In the dining area, enjoy a glass table that seats 6, room for the whole family.

The master bedroom boasts 2 walk-in closets, 2 new dressers, a new King-size bed, and an attached master bathroom with his and hers sinks and a beautiful walk-in shower.

The other 3 bedrooms can be used as bedrooms, home office(s), or a baby nursery. One of the 3 rooms is currently set up as an office, and one as a nursery, but we can make up to all 4 of them regular bedrooms upon request, just let us know your needs! We also have the equipment to make one of the rooms a home gym upon request.

Enjoy the beautiful southwest Florida weather out in the spacious lanai on the cozy lanai couch or on the hammock.
