The Owner/host and I had several disagreements after the final check in. The answers were occasionally un acceptable and actually insulting to me with a couple of his responses.We had planned to host an Easter Brunch for family with a total of 12 people. That was spoiled by the final check in that included rules of the house stating that no more than 8 people were allowed onsite. When I asked about that I was told no, it is our house and you should have asked before you rented it. I feel that should have been in the description.There is a problem with the app the owner uses for the pool heat. It never reached 85 despite what his app said. The pool heat issue ruined our vacation and made the pool unusable for the most part.We had a thermometer that read between 79 and 83 degrees. We paid to have the pool at 85. At no time during our stay did the pool achieve 85 degrees.The owner is using an app that says otherwise. He sent me screen shots of the app showing the heat is set at 85. I would send him a picture of the thermometer at 79. We are pool people. We know what the water feels like at 85. We never achieved that despite what the owner's app said.We discovered the pool light was not working. I asked him about it and he was aware of this because he said it was out on his last visit two weeks prior. He incredibly said the pool light was not in the rental description!! It was a black hole there at night. No pool light the entire stay!!! More disappointment.
