Unwind in Punta Gorda at this peaceful mobile home in one of the most sought after 55+ communities in SW Florida. Yoou will stay is this cute beach style home in Burnt Store Colony, voted in the top 3 SW Florida communities. Fully air conditioned, it has 2 queen beds and two full baths plus a great air conditioned 4 seasons lanai on the creek side of the park with plenty of privacy. Renters enjoy all the amenities of the community, including pool, spa, exercise facility, tennis, pickleball, and all our organized activities and events. Unit is in walking distance of Club House, and pool but comes with the use of a golf cart also. 30 day minimum rental and requires background check at an additional cost of $100 due 15 days prior to arrival.
The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
