This is a nice little hotel in a residential neighborhood with lots of cute bars and restaurants tucked in between houses. The pool was in need of some sprucing up and cleaning but everything else was good.

Hello, I highly recommend you to run away here. My wedding ring has disappeared in the room and the hotel takes no responsability. They now acuse me of not being careful and are disrespectful. Be very very careful with this place.

It was a lovely experience, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, hotel was clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. The only suggestion I would have is that they remove those large Jacuzzis that sit right in the middle of the living space that no one uses and replace them with a sitting area such as a sofa and chair. The lack of sofa and chair, forced you to sit on the bed all the time while spending time in your room. They were really quite unattractive and a very bad design idea since people seldom sit in a hotel bathtub, I think a conversation area with a small sofa, chair, and table would be much more practical.

Bad service!! Unclean rooms!! And unreliable staff!! I booked a room with a balcony and when we arrived at the hotel I was told that someone else had taken my room and only a regular room was left. I asked for the price difference and was told that all rooms were the same price. When I insisted on a balcony, I was suddenly given a room on a second floor without an elevator. The room had a broken door and was very dirty and smelly. The service was dismissive and insulting, loud noise from the road and the area. There is no spa at all even though it says there is one. A small, cold, dirty pool. A disappointing and expensive hotel! After a month of traveling and moving between many hotels. This is the most terrible hotel!

Quando fiz a reserva escolhi quarto com 2 camas de solteiro. Fiquei surpresa e chateada que ao chegar no hotel fui informada que Hoteis.com não haviam passado essa solicitação e não havia disponibilidade de quarto com 2 camas de solteiro. Não sei se a culpa é do Hoteis.com ou do Live Hotel, mas deixo registrado o meu aborrecimento. Só consegui fazer a troca de quarto na última noite. Quanto aos funcionários, são muito poucos para atender quando o hotel está cheio, como foi o caso. Na hora do café da manhã a reposição demorava a ser feita e alguns itens acabaram antes das 8:30 AM. Outro ponto é que tanto na chegada quanto na partida precisamos subir/descer 2 lances de escadas carregando as malas, pois não havia funcionário disponivel para ajudar. Com relação aos elogios: o hotel é bonito, cama e banheiro confortáveis, piscina com agua climatizada e bem cuidada, itens saborosos no café da manhã.
