Excellent staff, friendly people

The stay was as good as I expected for a hotel of this category. It is expensive for the category but it is what this place costs in summer due to the high demand. The hotel is old and it poorly maintained however the staff is super friendly. Specially at frontdesk they are extremely friendly and helpful. I truly value that quality of people.

A once good hotel stuck in the past

My stay here with my family was mediocre. The facilities at the hotel were run down and not well maintained. Shout out though to the staff, they were super friendly and accommodating and made our stay more amenable. It’s a shame as the location is superb, but the state of this place is simply bad, and it could be so much more, and it is not an inexpensive option.

Tudo péssimo! Na verdade não é um hotel.. muito menos resort! Não tem um frigobar.. luzes não fincionavam, nem tomadas.. parecia mais um prédio que leuha apartamentos. Não.tinha carregador de malas, cobram o estacionamento e isso não constava no anúncio, a manutemlnção do quarto e do prédio de maneira geral é pessima. No baheiro o ralo estava solto

Excelente localização, atendimento muito bom, a estrutura do hotel é bem ampla e locais para crianças, porém com poucos brinquedos, Wi-Fi otimo, quartos com micro-ondas e talheres, porem sem material para lavar. Café da manhã com pouca variedade de salgados, ou sucos. Em um dos dias os ovos mexidos não estavam no balcão, tivemos que pedir
