The moment I walked into this hotel, I immediately walked out. It was nothing like what had been advertised online. The photos and descriptions were misleading, and the reality was disappointing enough that I chose not to stay at all. I ended up booking another property instead, which was a much better experience. This facility should be removed from Expedia, as it is damaging Expedia’s reputation. The property was completely misleading compared to what was advertised. The moment I walked in, I walked right back out—I did not stay in the hotel at all. Because of the false information, I had to spend more money booking another property at the last minute. I am requesting a full refund, as I did not use the facility and was misled by the listing.

Hotel claimed to be Adult only on web site. Lots of kids. Next let down we were told a bus would transport us to hotel. No bus. Pay a small taxi 40 US 10$ tip to transport 5 adults in small car after no one answered phone at Expedia desk at airport was vacant nor did hotel answer the phone after 1 hour delay we gave up and paid cab. Next we arrive to resort only to be told our second reservation was lost. Even though I had written confirmation of advance check in. Finally accepted again after an hour of nonsense a single room with Queen size bed. Two people in bed. Three people on floor with blankets only.
Three people sleeping on floor first night. Two rooms reserved but staff offered only one room.
This not a restaurant. It is an open buffet serve yourself style eating area. Not a restaurant like posted claiming to have 3 of them 😩😣😩

Definitely not as advertised. Charged for use of safe daily which it said it was included. Also didn’t stock anything in rooms even though it said liquor dispensers. Had to beg for water bottles for our room. Leaky ceiling. Food was not good. I’m not sure what most of the meat was. Warm wine at bar. Very small beach area with few chairs. One towel in hotel room for showers. I’m very disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I arrived with a fully paid reservation made through Hotels.com and showed my payment receipt, yet I was told there were no rooms available and that the hotel was fully booked. The staff said they never received my reservation and claimed it was not their responsibility, blaming Hotels.com instead. The manager, Gilberto, was rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting, taking responsibility, or offering any solution. I was left without accommodation despite having already paid in full. Because of this situation, I had to pay for a taxi, book another hotel at a higher price, and deal with unnecessary stress. In addition, the hotel’s facilities did not appear well maintained, which further added to the negative experience. This situation was not my fault. A hotel should honor a paid and confirmed reservation or properly assist the guest when an issue occurs. I am requesting a full refund of my money, as I did not receive the service I paid for. Due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service, I would not recommend this hotel.

This place was way better than expected. The room was super nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pools are also very nice—one is in a bit of an odd location and is on the smaller side, but still enjoyable overall. The food honestly exceeded my expectations. I had full plates every day during the five days I stayed. Everything was served hot and well kept. I work in food service, so I was a little nervous after reading some other reviews, but I had no issues at all. The only real downsides were that towels are only changed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and our toilet stopped working a couple of times. That said, maintenance came to fix it immediately each time—before I even had a chance to call. Overall, for the price and what you get, I would definitely book here again.
