Disliked: Cleanliness
If i could give them a zero i would. Reservation was made months in advance. No one responded nor did i receive any information. Last minute i was searching for a place to stay. This properly should be taken down from these platforms due to the neglected of these people taking reservations and not getting back to you.

Even at check in time the host cannot be contacted be contacted. We were left stranded with no assistance had to find our way out. It cost us more that what we budget for as we could not find a place last minute.
